Every time you say or think something negative or bad, stop, and think about one good thing that can happen about that situation. ... Example: You get cut off in traffic. Instead of hurling expletives to the other driver and saying how bad they are, focus on the positive that you didn't have an accident and can get on and enjoy your trip. 17.01.2022 **TIP** With all the Christmas functions and the big day almost here, drinking your water is important to keep hydrated and to flush out the toxins. It's a great idea to alternate your alcoholic drinks with a water. That way you are less likely to overindulge in the alcohol and end up with a heavy hangover the next day, but you also stay hydrated which also lessens the hangover the next day. :)

01.01.2022 Motivation Tip I often hear people say they have no motivation to work towards a goal. To achieve a goal you need to want to do it. So you need to find your WHY. Why is that goal important to you? Then break that down even further by asking WHY again, and again and again. By asking Why 5 times, you will find your true motivation, and that is what will make it easier for you to want to work towards succeeding.
01.01.2022 *TIP* It's not unusual to lose sight of your goals and fall off the wagon, especially if you are stressed, overwhelmed or unwell. So instead of dwelling on what happened, acknowledge it, understand why it happened so you can be aware of the warning signs next time, put it behind you and focus on getting back on track again tomorrow. Acknowledging you slipped up and also understanding why will make it easier to overcome any future slip ups.
