24.01.2022 Do you feel like you have no time to do things for yourself? That it might be a waste of time if you do because you have so many things to do? I hear you! Me too until I got this! We need to 'make' time to create space and to be present in our lives first and foremost with ourselves. Checking in on how we are feeling, listening to our needs, wants and desires. Its actually the only way we can really be there for others. Yet we do this in the opposite way. The result is that w...e are running on empty, tired and complaining that there is no time to get everything done. :( Giving yourself 10-15 minutes a day to nurture your mind, body and soul will change how you see yourself and others. Give you back time and raise the level of happiness in your life. When are you going to 'make' your 10-15 minutes a day happen? <3 <3
