Unfortunately, because he has an old Centsys Vector system, we cannot purchase the power arm - BUT, instead of just telling him he needed to replace his motor, we contacted Queensland Gate Automation The guys at Queensland Gate confirmed they could repair the motor! So, we collected from #victoriapoint in #brisbane, drove it down to the QGA Headquarters on the #gold...coast, and 3 days later drove it back up to his house for installation. Look at it now... #perfect !!! We just LOVE going the #extramile for our clients. Happy clients = #clientsforlife

This property has copped a drenching from all the rain we have had on Gold Coast their yard flooded inundating the motor housing and flooding the receiver module. Luckily, the Centsys D2 Turbo was OK. It is caused by an electric arc either by a faulty motor or power socket which causes scorch marks on the plug or socket.
