18.01.2022 Are you suffering from some nasty headaches? Recently I’ve been suffering from some pretty nasty headaches, you know the ones you go to sleep with & wake up with. These can be pretty painful, very tiring & really put a dampener on your entire day. Did you know that the top joints of the neck are major players in contributing to headaches & migraines? It’s important to maintain normal movement through these joints & the base of the skull, a long with reducing muscle tension & ...spasms of the surrounding neck muscles. Here are my 3 most effective tips to get rid of those nasty aches. Also it’s important to find the cause. If it’s restriction in the neck get an adjustment, if it’s stress try a meditation daily. 15.01.2022 Hands up who else loves coffee I’m not going to lie, I love my coffee. The initial thoughts of cutting down my coffee intake were challenging. I thought to myself how can I get through the day with that extra buzz. When I looked at the cons of too much caffeine in my system & the effects it was personally having it was a simple choice for me. I would experience migraines after my second coffee in the day, nausea also. My hormones were out of whack. I’ve now been able to ...fully enjoy that one coffee I have each day, rather then see it as the energy lift I need to push through the day. I’ve found some lovely herbal teas to enjoy in the afternoons & become obsessed with my warming cup of bone broths. If you are like me a lover of coffee then listen to a few reasons why you should cut the coffee. 15.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Dr Shae here. I wanted to share my struggles this stage four lockdown. A lot has changed in our lives this year, we’ve had so many changes & challenges to overcome. At times this can be extremely confronting, confusing and stressful. I have felt the range of emotions like you all too. It’s something for us to all talk about. The man behind the inspiration to set up a holistic health space. Being a close knit family the loss of our beautiful dad ...was huge.
