08.01.2022 This week we celebrated Michelle Fernance and her 20 year anniversary with the company. Michael Fernance was a young Apprentice when Michelle joined the company, and they were soon a pair. Now married with 2 beautiful children (some successful matchmaking from ILS right there) and we are so happy that they are both still working with us today.
