Chef Vijays rich and wonderful Lamb Bhuna has a subtle smokiness with the meat cooked in the tandoor then finished with caramelised onions, ginger & garlic. Did we mention this talented chef, with almost 40 years cooking behind him, worked in India, Germany, several states of the US, Vietnam & Indonesia before we were lucky enough to secure him here.
