24.01.2022 Sadly Indigo Yoga will be closing its doors on Saturday 24th August. Samsara will be relocating to Dromana and unfortunately there will not be sufficient space for a Yoga studio. In the five years since we opened, I have met so many lovely students. Some just holidaying, some who come and go and return again, and others who come religiously week after week. There are so many stories and so many people who have touched my heart, and for that I feel truly blessed. At this st...age I am not sure if or how the next chapter unfolds. I would like to thank all my wonderful students who have become my friends and from whom I have also learnt. I would like to thank my lovely Indigo Yoga teachers, most significantly Amy who has been my student for 8 years and a much loved, and loyal teacher at Indigo Yoga for the last 4 years. I would also like to thank the wonderful team at Samsara who have always been extremely supportive and a pleasure to work with. I will miss you all very much. In the remaining two weeks of Indigo Yoga, I would love to see you all. Lets go out with a bang! Please feel free to come to any class to say Hi, to share a story and say Goodbye - for now! 24.01.2022 Tis the season for giving. I stumbled across this wonderful organisation whilst watching Getaway and planning my trip to Africa. Such a wonderful organisation, not only taking in abandoned babies and children but making it their mission to reunite with family through education and support. After watching this video, I was able to change my perception of the "unjust" correspondence into an opportunity to challenge myself and make right. 21.01.2022 Please don't stop recycling. Let's just get better at it. Below are some tips. In some countries people walk distances so they can recycle their waste. We are lucky we have bin options at home and recycling of soft plastics at our local supermarkets. Eventually most of our waste will be reused and recycled IN AUSTRALIA. ... 01.01.2022 Long time no post but had to share this with you. Many of you know I spend a lot of time watching dolphins and scanning the coast for whales. Well I was blessed yesterday with this up close and personal interaction. My daughter and I waited and watched for two hours. I am still on a high from the endolphins I hope you are finding yoga in your life, whether it be watching a sun set, embracing strength and stability in a warrior pose or finding fluidity as you synchronise breath with movement strolling on a beach. Look for the good and it will look for you Xx
