24.01.2022 What sets us apart from other Indigenous early years programs is our traditional Aboriginal teaching methodology that is informed by 65,000 years of culture we are emulating how Dreaming has always been taught. As Borroloola’s Law women say, you can’t talk Dreaming, you have to walk it, and this is at the heart of what we do. From our outdoor ‘Walking Learning’ classrooms to our community-led approach, Indi Kindi teaches through the lens of a uniquely Aboriginal worldview. 18.01.2022 We love the theme of this year's National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Children's Day, "We are the Elders of tomorrow, hear our voice" as it is something we focus on in our early years curriculum. We actively involve family members and Elders in our program so they can pass on their stories and knowledge. This plays a crucial role in supporting children becoming influential Elders and leaders of the future. #EldersOfTomorrow #StrongInCulture - SNAICC-National Voice for our Children

On a recent visit to the #WaralungkuArtCentre, the children enjoyed the screening of ABC Education's animation "a-Kuridi: The Groper".
