Be grateful for where they came from, how they taste, where in your mouth you taste them, where all the ingredients came from, who grew and harvested them, who mixed or made them into these delectable treats, especially if they were from local crafters like @woodstockchocolateco. Don’t feel guilty, that’s such a waste of energy. Don’t let your ego beat you up with that little ‘I’m not good enough voice’, just savour the moment. So be skinny instead and smile. 21.01.2022 Beautiful memories of Sunnataram Forest Monastery. A place near Bundanoon I've stayed at several times for silent meditation retreats. The only place I've ever felt home. The Dhamma (buddhist teachings), Tai Chi, the monks, nature, people, silence, animals, fires to keep warm, and of course the (sometimes gruelling and painful) meditation. ... Always recommend a retreat for anyone willing to go. Unfortunately they are closed at the moment due to extensive damage in the fires.
