05.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE We’ve made some slight changes and abbreviations to our class names so here’s the rundown of the updates... ICRHYTHM becomes ICR... ICPELOTON becomes ICP ICRACE becomes ICE with the ‘E’ standing for Endurance. The new class format will now focus on increasing distance, power and ultimately building your endurance. ICX is a new class that is similar in format to ICP, ICR & ICE but is only 30 minutes long. This is the perfect class for people that want to get a fast, high intensity workout in but don’t have much time.
