20.01.2022 Offshoring - a controversial subject I know but I would like to voice my thoughts in being very strongly opposed to offshoring in my industry. The bookkeeping and accounting community has already taken a huge hit because of this practice and despite it being a requirement to let clients know that their work is being performed overseas sadly, many don’t. Offshoring does nothing for employment here in Australia and by default has an impact on our economy. I have a great team o...f 14 local people who are my work family and I work heavily through my ICB (Institute of certified Bookkeeper’s) network meetings encouraging and supporting local Bookkeeper’s. Not to mention the great relationships Infinity has built with local accountants over the years. So how can I, in keeping with a good conscience support it?
