Only $5 to attend :) Come along and enjoy some afternoon tea while the workshop runs, plus receive fact sheets and useful tools for leading a healthy lifestyle and setting goals! ... Then a fun activity (participation optional) bollywood style! :D Following this workshop will be a donation only yoga class @ 4.00pm for anyone wanting to come in or stay on after the workshop. 22.01.2022 What an AWWWsome Sunday!!! :D Starting off with taking the Lululemon Carindale yogis for a class, then spending the afternoon with CrossFitters ~ gymnastics style ~ at our workshop that had participants hanging off bars & rings, tumbling and even being BBQd :P

One Life - Live it Well has given me the wonderful opportunity to assist, guide & empower through coaching. It has been an exciting journey to this point and I feel honored to have been a part of so many improved and in some cases transformed lifestyles. As life continues to blossom, One Life - Live it Well has now transformed ...and become Living Well Studio Australia. Over the next month or so Living Well Studio Australia will continue to evolve with a new website, plus more classes being offered too!
