I jumped on a plane to Sydney, got in car with a few strangers and we drove two hours into country NSW with hardly any phone reception! 11.01.2022 Lets talk lighting! *Save this post so you can come back to it* As film makers we love natural light! The best time to shoot outdoor couple portraits is when the isnt shining from above but from the sideso this is either morning or in the evening. That is why you will often have your photographer begging you to do some sunset couple shots & for good reason the shots are to die for! ... When filming inside often we will ask to turn the lights off and use the natural light coming in from the window as this is very flattering on skin tones. The more natural light, the better! Keep this in mind when you are working on your getting ready location. I suggest getting ready somewhere with big windows! P.S Whose loving house plants at the moment? I cant get enough of them my favourite is my fig tree & Im so proud because it seems to be thriving.. yay! They are so forgiving (in case you forget to water it like me - guilty ) See more
