13.01.2022 A good giggle below , but on a serious note: Correct running technique is important to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk Removing running shoes to improve communication between the feet and the brain assists proprioception (the bodys awareness of itself) Pilates offers plenty of opportunities for our feet to reconnect with the rest of our body Your feet will feel different after some dedicated footwork during class. They feel awake, stretched out and nicely challenged: who knew lifting the big toe while keeping the other toes down could be so tricky at first!

It offers strength, core awareness, dynamic stability, mobility and balance benefits, and exercises the entire body throughout a class.
