23.01.2022 It is just as important to know your nutrition as it is you understand your training. Proper nutrition and rest and recovery should play a prominant role in any serious athletes journey. Always happy to assist! Yell out if you would be interested in some education around this vital and some what unknown piece of the puzzle!

19.01.2022 Heading back to the weights room for the off season after a massive few weeks since nationals were over. House move from one upstairs house to another that unfortunately is still not 100% complete as impossible for me to get some of our furniture upstairs on my own. Jax spent two weeks in hospital culminating in spinal surgery after a very scary reaction to pain meds and witnessing three code blue episodes. Some huge changes for the end of our 2019. Can hear the... weights floor calling me. My therapy starts now. That and its too damn humid outside right now. I am not after bikram style training. Transitional period into lifting heavy again is always a struggle for me. Focus on rehab, mobility and control. Happy training progressions everyone. See more

09.01.2022 And it isnt going to get any better... 20% loss is a scary figure. Any loss is detrimental to development and physical ability throughout life. We are setting them up for a life of pain and poor physical literacy. Most kids these days dont even meet the 30mins a day recommendation. And thats ment to be the MINIMUM!
