23.01.2022 Cosmetic Tattoo is the process of implanting pigments in the dermis. Thus, it is possible to draw eyebrows, shade, eyeliner and fill lips. In 1940 (photo provided) the procedure was done with the same tattoo ink, so it was a permanent procedure, but the colour would change after a few months turning bluish or greenish. Today the cosmetic tattoo procedure is made specific pigment for the face, are not permanent, but it is possible to keep the same colour.
