16.01.2022 Stress vs Exercise....

16.01.2022 FAILURE ADAPTATION is defined as an inefficient ability to physically and psychologically manage external and/or internal stressors. (IJSP - 2003). . FAILURE is normal and inevitable. We all fail however, sometimes we’re not sure why. Here are 6 psychological reasons why you could be failing to adapt- . 1. ATTITUDE - is under your control. A positive attitude begins with acceptance of your current situation whereas a bad attitude is based on how you choose to behave. Neit...her is permanent but both are controllable and changeable. 2. ADVERSITY - is an expectation of life. Success is maintaining forward momentum to overcome obstacles instead of quitting. Learn from your setbacks and apply that knowledge to the next phase. 3. MOTIVATION - is a very powerful aspect of change as it is derived from your own personal belief system. It is the identification of knowing what you want and consistently working to achieve it. 4. SELF ESTEEM - is the way you feel about yourself and it requires consistent effort. Confident people see challenges with a positive mindset promoting productivity and strength. Insecure people find fault with everything they do and see, weakening connections and chances of success. 5. RISKS - are essentially decisions made that equal opportunities. Excellent risk takers consider the facts and act with discipline and integrity. Unprepared risk takers lack discipline and preparation causing missed opportunities. 6. HABITS - are formed through repetition of both positive and negative behaviours with most executed subconsciously. Success is determined when the habit of working hard becomes an automatic reflex. Failure is an outcome where efforts are inconsistent and undisciplined. . . . . . . . . . . #likeforlikes #lifestyle #success #bodybuilding #mentalhealth #health #mentalhealthawareness #gymlife #mindfulness #quotes #inspiration #fitfam #fitnessmotivation #fitness #motivation #gymmotivation #motivationalquotes #training #instagram #happy #life #happiness #fit #growth #instagood #workout #anxiety #bhfyp #health
