OVERVIEW OF CLUB The Warnbro Swans Football Club is part of the Perth Football League (formerly WAAFL). The Warnbro Swans currently field 4 mens teams and 2 ladies team in the PFL football competition. KEY TASKS Successful applicants will be required, but not limited to completing the following tasks: In consultation with the Head Trainer, attend to the injury management needs of the Warnbro Swans Football Club players. Taping of players Icing players’ injuries where applicable Provide hydration (water) for the Training Squad and during games Providing massage therapy to players before and during the game KEY SELECTION CRITERIA To be successful in this position you are required to possess the following: Level 1 Sports Trainer Certificate Current First Aid and CPR certificates Working With Children Check WA Be available to work on Match Day (Saturday) Be available to work an evening training session Tuesday & or Thursday. The Warnbro Swans field Junior and Youth Teams in every year/grade in the Peel Football League competition. Seeking applications for the following positions yr 7 Boys Coach... yr 7/8 Girls Coach yr 8 Boys Coach Yr 9 Boys Coach yr 9/10 Girls Coach yr 10 Boys Coach yr 11/12 Boys Coach yr 11/12 Girls Coach KEY TASKS & SELECTION CRITERIA KEY TASKS Successful applicants will be required, but not limited to completing the following tasks: Work with players aged at appropriate to the yr. Work well with current Coach Coordinator. Job involves day, nights and weekend work. Match Day (Saturday or Friday night) training session Tuesday & Thursday or to suit. Coaches MUST be willing to complete coaching qualifications prior to the season ( club will assist). All coaches MUST have Valid Working with Children Card for Australia. Own Transport - Essential for the job. Coaching Experience preferred but not necessarily required depending on experience.
