21.01.2022 Hi all my valued Active and Healthy Gold Coast Community friends. The program as it is has been postponed due to the current health situation impacting our community. But fortunately there is a way we can stay connected and active! We are transitioning your classes to Skype! By connecting on Skype we can remain active, supporting each other to maintain our health. And, you can do it in our own home, or better yet - backyards!!!... It is pretty simple, if you already have a Skype account, just find me by entering my user name or email (see below). If you do not have Skype, set up a free account and find me. Then be near your chosen device (phone, tablet, computer) when I call to stay involved. Just ensure the camera can see you so I can ensure you enjoy the same quality program! Finally, I need you to confirm your participation so please respond and let me know. As far as money goes, it will still be the same $3, just the payment method will change to an eft (banking details to be provided on confirmation of your continued participation).
