06.01.2022 Sustainably farmed, only the bark from the Cork Tree is harvested every 9-12 years so that the tree is left undamaged and able to regenerate and thrive. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and recyclable, the Innate Cork Roller Range has been created to be used with intention, movement and breath for physical and emotional release as part of your self-care ritual.

02.01.2022 The Lymphatic System is the filtration system of your body. With 3 times more lymph than blood, bathing every cell in the body, it’s kind of a big deal. Linked closely to your Immune and Circulatory Systems, lymph fluid transports through the body filtering through Lymph Nodes to separate waste products (or toxins) to be excreted and nutrients to be carried to the blood stream. When the lymph becomes stagnant and isn’t circulating or filtering efficiently, inflammation occur...s due to the build up of waste products leading to puffiness or swelling, aches joints, fatigue and bloating etc. The best ways to boost your lymph flow are: 1. Movement - integrate whole body movement into your day! Spend time getting up and down from the floor, roll around on the ground, jump on the spot etc. Move in new ways which you wouldn’t usually. 2. Diaphragmatic Breathing - the contraction and release of your diaphragm creates a suction pump effect, pushing the lymph toward the heart to flow back into the blood stream. 3. Manually - Lymphatic Drainage Massage, gentle self massage techniques, dry brushing etc. There are plenty of great tutorials on YouTube! 4. Hydration - not only for keeping your body hydrated but also for the excretory process, flush all those nasties out. 5. Get a sweat on!
