23.01.2022 Please please please if you come across a joey, however you come to have it, please call someone who has the experience to do the right thing by it. These 2 wer...e collected today after the call went out for formula because one of the joeys was unwell and they had run out. The results are horrendous, this sweet little girl is so hugely dehydrated and malnourished that I honestly don't think she will make it. Both of them were in nappies and have issues from them. The little boy appears to be doing better but he still needs some support. This is what you can ...do to help them: - Put water out in a shaded secluded part of your garden - Keep domestic pets inside - If you see any injured or dehydrated wildlife, please call Sydney Wildlife Rescue on (02) 9413 4300 or WIRES. At this time of the year, with Hazard Reduction burns being undertaken, please keep your eyes out for wildlife that may be on the move and needing help. Our trained volunteers are here to help 24/7.
