Just like plants need water to grow, your goals and aspirations need your diligence. If all you can think about is "I wish I had x, y z" then its going to stay the same or get worse.... Focus on what you ALREADY have. And grow THAT.

19.01.2022 We hold such high expectations for ourselves that we quickly condemn ourselves for not meeting them. We tell ourselves, I have to ALWAYS be friendly. Or I should NEVER miss an opportunity to be kind. ... Or I will ALWAYS show up to work hard everyday. And if we miss the mark we quickly tear ourselves down. But even in our strengths we will mess up and fall short. We all make mistakes. Always remember to be gentle with yourself. Just keep moving forward.

14.01.2022 Staying as positive as you can during times of uncertainty helps keep your immune system strong and healthy. Remember our lungs are our first line of defense against pathogens. If you are generally healthy here is a tip to help strengthen the flow of Qi (energy flow) into the lungs. Gently tap the Lung 1 accupoints located just below where the collar bone joins the shoulder on both sides, with the pads of your fingers. Do this for a few minutes (approx 5) along with some deep breathing daily and it can help strengthen your immune system.

We are so blessed to be alive and living and in 2020 I am journaling 3 different things that I am grateful for every single day. ... Everytime I journal it out, I am happier and in such a great mood and space. Try it out for a couple weeks and see how your perspective changes!

Its a lifestyle.

Everyone goes through highs and lows. But when everything doesnt go exactly as you had planned, dont let this change what you think about yourself. You have accomplished so much even in this past year. You have grown so much. Dont let a slight hiccup get you down. You are worthy.
05.01.2022 In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and with all the restrictions in place, I have had to cease face to face in clinic consultations at this time. It is the best interests of safety, well being for my clients, myself and the wider community. Hopefully it won't be too long before I can resume business as usual.
