19.01.2022 Good morning This resonates with what I was expressing recently to a friend. I feel that sometime we tend to search the answers outside of ourselves. When I say "outisde" it means we lost the sense of trusting our intuition, our gut feeling, our heart by fear of mistake, of doing wrong etc.. We are so caught up by what others can think about us that we are ready to search answers outside of us instead of to sit down, in silence and being aware of our body, heart, soul ... And I am even going further, we are so caught up by what others can think about us, that we are acting/living our life according to how others want us to live. Fear of judgement is killing our own intuition, we barely listen to our own heart, our body. We are unique, we are beautiful as we are, we all trying to do our best in this life. There is no right, no wrong, it is your life and live it according to your own heart, soul Hope you will have a beautiful day
