We the committee would like to thank Dillon from the grand Junction tavern for keeping us informed with information though out this covid pandemic. The Portland hotel and the first commercial hotel for taken on extra teams this season thank you. Good luck to all

24.01.2022 Hi all, With the recent changes with COVID restrictions being reduced, we are looking to start a new season on the 15th of July. This season would run through and finish at roughly the same time as previous years, and fees paid from the first season will cover this. We would ask for captains of teams to come for a quick meeting at the 1st Commercial this Thursday at 7pm to sort out details for the coming season. Jack will try to contact captains to confirm attendance and participation for the season in the next day or two. If you need to contact Jack for any details, please call or text 0412 601 449.

23.01.2022 Our 8ball competition will be running as normal per venues regular trading hours unless the government make further bans or changes due to COVID-19. However, the committee are in discussion and will be working alongside venues to find the best possible outcome for the Association. A decision will be made by Tuesday night at the latest. 21.01.2022 Hi everyone, Results for round 1 are now available. There are some missing player names and details, so this will be fixed during the second round. The results for the Bandits v Portland Div 1 game will be properly reflected in the ladder once the names have been obtained as well.... Cheers all

18.01.2022 Forms are available for completion, however players can be entered directly into the Live Scoring app if they are not present. If there are any queries about teams or player registration, please contact Jack as per the details on the forms. Any Super League players participating in the league can email a link to their profile to the association email address, which is [email protected]... Also a reminder for Division 2 teams to check their fixtures for today due to a late change.

17.01.2022 Hi again everyone, Unfortunately I've had a team pull out of Division 2 for the season this morning, meaning that fixtures will be adjusted during the course of day and WILL affect tomorrows games. I should have this sorted in the next hour or so, but please keep in mind the fixture will likely change for you.... Division 1 players need not worry at this point as there are no further changes to your fixture. Apologies for the very late changes.

17.01.2022 Hi everyone, Fixtures have been generated for this season and are now available on the https://www.poolstat.net.au/INNPORT webpage. Hoping that there are no other changes to sides, however I will post here if the draws need to be adjusted before this Wednesday. Live scoring will continue this season, and I will be visiting teams during the first week to provide the new passwords for each team. Logins from the previous season will not work unfortunately. 14.01.2022 Sorry we haven’t been posting anything recently but we hopefully have some good news to share. Due to the relaxed government restrictions,the committee will be meeting on Monday to discuss the 8 ball season resuming in the coming weeks This will depend on the size of the venues we would be playing in, and how many people they allow in at a time. ... 10.01.2022 Hi everyone, In preparation for re-commencing the season, we are holding another captain's meeting this Wednesday @ 7pm (1st Commercial Hotel) for those who were unavailable last week or for anyone with concerns with the number of players available, or any other issue for the upcoming season. There is some COVID related information which will be provided at this meeting, however if you are not able to attend this some information about COVID related measures will be posted to... Facebook. 09.01.2022 Fixture Changes have been made for a couple of games this season, swapping the home and away game between two sides in Div 1 and also two teams in Div 2. Changed Matches are as follows and have been reflected onto PoolStat: 3 March (Round 5) - Kerry's Packers vs. Portland Cruisers... 21 April (Round 12) - Portland Cruisers vs. Kerry's Packers 24 March (Round 8) - Glanville Potters vs. The Bandits 26 May (Round 17) - The Bandits vs. Glanville Potters Apologies for the changes and to the RSL/Commercial Characters for the issues tonight and last minute change of venue, I made an error with planning the fixtures and accounted for four tables at the Commercial hotel, however with the COVID restrictions I will ensure only two matches are played upstairs, and one match in the sports bar. 06.01.2022 Hi everyone, As some may have heard on the news yesterday, restrictions have been adjusted with regards to the COVID-19 outbreak. I have contacted SA Health to confirm how this will affect our competition, as there have been some conflicting reports about the operation of pubs and clubs as of tomorrow.... I have confirmed the changes, as per SA Health's recent update on their website, are as follows: "From Wednesday 5 August, gatherings at homes in SA will be limited to 10 people and standing consumption of food and drink will be no longer permitted." No other changes have occurred to venue density or social distancing rules at this point, however we will monitor the situation if there are any additional COVID-19 cases or announcements from the Premier. 05.01.2022 Hi everyone, Please ensure to check the fixtures and how these have changed as of yesterday if you have not. There are 8 teams in Division 2, thus removing the bye from the draw. 04.01.2022 Hi everyone, The fixtures have been fixed to correctly reflect that the Smashers are now playing at the Grand Junction Hotel. Also, starting this season, we are using the Live Scoring app to record the match results going forward. This will enable quicker and more timely results, as they will be entered by the participating teams on the night.... The link to access the Live Scoring app is: https://ls.poolstat.net.au/ Team Login PINs will be provided on the night to each team. I will do my best to provide these directly to Captains for whom I have contact details for, however I may need to provide this in-person on Wednesday if I am otherwise unsuccessful. I will be heading to all the venues during the first round to help out with any issues using the app as well. If you are facing issues with the app before I attend, please record the results on paper so that this can be copied into the app. I am also available on my mobile during the night, which is 0412 601 449. 02.01.2022 Hi everyone, There's a small issue with the fixtures currently display Smashers as the Rosewater Smashers rather than as the Grand Junction Smashers. The team has changed venue, and is now playing out of the Grand Junction Hotel.... I'll be touching base with the website admin to try and resolve this asap. Apologies for any confusion caused!
