Thank you all for your patience & understanding during lockdown time Due to my other work & family committments I am now only massaging one day a week - Wednesdays, and the occasional Monday. 09.01.2022 Bone broth has never been more simple. Just add 1 teaspoon to hot water and stir. Easier than a cuppa soup, a million times better for you and super tasty
09.01.2022 Introducing my new favourite bread - Savoury Zucchini Loaf. So easy to make and I added a tonne of extra nutrients by adding some bone broth concentrate! Here's the recipe Mix together... 450g grated zucchini 160g almond meal... 40g coconut flour 2 tbsp psyllium husks 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp of salt (or 2 tsp bone broth concentrate) 6 eggs 120ml olive oil I also like to sprinkle in some rosemary and garlic flakes but you could experiment with other herbs. Bake on 160C for around 1.5 hours turning half way. Such a delicious moist loaf. I love it warm spread with some grass fed ghee. Enjoy!

My favorites uses for this peppermint oil include...... diffusing or inhaling to help clear a stuffy nose mixing it with epsom salts for a foot soak to soothe and cool sore feet rubbing on the back of my neck to relieve tension headaches diffusing early in the morning or mid arvo as a fresh wake-me-up aroma which increases energy levels (a few drops in the shower also achieves this) adding to chocolate raw treats to make a delectable choc-mint flavour mixing with other essential oils to create new aromas (peppermint + orange, peppermint + lavender etc) What are your favorite uses for peppermint oil?
