We will show you the right way to do it with explanations of why, and highlight the perils that befall so many who attempt to do it themselves. Don’t get caught out like so many do. 14.01.2022 For the past 5 weeks, Telstra have had problems with Bigpond webmail. Anyone experiencing this problem will be familiar with it. When you log in, you see the circle going around and around then get an error message. Occasionally it will work, but rarely. We have the solution for this. We have gotten many people back up and running with their Bigpond email over the last 2 weeks.... Please come in, or call, so we can resolve this issue for you. If you use Bigpond as your primary business email address, please ask us about domain and email hosting. We can ensure the transition to your new email is smooth and natural. No clients or suppliers will be lost, business will continue as usual.

If your computer turns on and you have an active internet connection you don’t even need to leave your seat. We can log into your computer over the internet. This saves you the time and hassle of having to bring your computer to our workshop. This is especially helpful during COVID. With this service, distance is no problem. Even if you are working from a remote fishing village in Alaska we can log in and fix your issue. Before you head out the door, give us a call and experience the convenience of remote support.
