21.01.2022 Renovated Ensuite Anyone? Gone is the old side winder toilet, plastic shelving and dare I say retro tiles. Enter a wall hung toilet (perfect for those small places) a wall hung vanity to create that feeling of space and what everyone wants, a walk in shower with an adjustable showerhead and a niche for for your shampoo and conditioner.

20.01.2022 A Beautiful Bathroom reno which involved removing a wall, relocating the toilet to allow room for the double shower. Complete with a freestanding bath, glass bricks and polished timber floor the end result certainly added the Wow factor and a touch of luxury you can appreciate every day.

18.01.2022 Moving upstairs from the last post. Converting a cramped bathroom into a room you can relax in. With a large 1200 x 900 shower with a sliding door, and adjustable shower rail with rain head to a 1200 floor mounted vanity with ample storage and plenty room for the all important back to wall toilet. Stone tiles on the wall finish off this bathroom perfectly.

18.01.2022 My Favorite bathroom Reno of 2018 From a beautiful retro yellow bath and basin to.... A Modern fully tiled bathroom with the lot. Free standing bath, wall mounted vanity, walk in shower, two mirror cabinets one recessed, heated towel rail, and a full length mirror to admire the view. This one has the WOW factor.

17.01.2022 Hi everyone. Another week and another Bathroom reno bites the dust. This bathroom was only 5yrs old and looks quite dated and as a bonus it also leaked like a sieve.! I don't know who did it but I hope his career was short lived. Due to the wrong type off bath being chosen any water that ran down the walls went under the bath and into the wall cavity causing the timber to rot.... So to fix this I threw away the bath, repaired the damaged timber, created a walk in shower recess, added a large niche, modern tiles and a pretty flower on top. (they ran out of cherries) And as always waterproofed by a professional waterproofer with a 10 year guarantee for your peace of mind. Hope you enjoy.

11.01.2022 Bird Netting The challenge: To build 2 bird netting enclosures to span almost 30m long approx 6m wide, be able to withstand all of our lovely windy weather, be lizard friendly, be high enough to cover the existing fruit trees and most importantly Look Good. Here are the results.

11.01.2022 It's been a hectic year and some. And I think it's time I showcased what I've been up to. Here is a bathroom reno going from a dingy, dirty, moldy space that you would only send your mother in law to. To a modern clean spare bathroom anyone would be happy to use. This is down stairs at Proctors Rd. Upstairs shall be following.

09.01.2022 The challenge: A Family bathroom in 3m2 !! When it comes to bathrooms size does matter! When you don't have much space the layout is all important. I managed to fit a bath, shower, toilet, vanity, and mirror cabinet in a room you couldn't swing a cat in. I did have to change the door to swing outwards but the bathroom feels surprisingly spacious considering it's only missing the kitchen sink.... It's the little things that matter in tight space; A wall hung vanity makes the room feel larger, The mirror cabinet adds storage whilst being a large functional mirror. Chrome edging around the niche subtly highlights the niche without the need for feature tiles. And a pivoting glass panel allows you to open up the space when having a bath so you don't have that closed in feeling. Over all I'm rapt in how this one came out. See more

09.01.2022 Another day and another bathroom. This is the guest bathroom, recently completed in a fairly new house. (It's the same house in the previous decking/landscaping job)

03.01.2022 Beware - the Cracked Shower Base A small crack in the shower base caused water damage to the floor, which had to be replaced along with the shower. Left for longer this could have caused much greater damage. Claimed on insurance with some smart and thrifty choices, (Floating vanity from Gumtree, Kept the bath, Generic tiles from Bunnings) This Bathroom was repaired and rejuvenated for next to nothing.
