22.01.2022 The new owners of this home wanted to convert the existing open plan formal lounge room into a dedicated home cinema. We took care of all facets of this room including room aesthetics, acoustic treatments and of course the audio visual system. A custom bulkhead and false ceiling was added for the starlight ceiling, a raised floor was built for the rear row of cinema seating and one of the entry doors was closed in. The rear of the room had a custom full height acoustic wall ...panel system installed and the sides of the room had custom wall panels and lighting columns. The audio visual equipment for the room was housed under the staircase next to the room and the subwoofer was vented from this location into the theatre room. 14.01.2022 This Lifestyle customer brought us their Nissan 370Z Nismo. They loved the way the car drove and its mean stance on the road but was left wanting more from the factory Bose audio setup. Of course the team were eager to get their hands on this beast and do what we do best! We started by stripping the interior out of the vehicle and getting it prepped for a full Dynamat treatment. All 4 doors were covered on the inner and outer skin.... The roof liner was dropped to apply a layer to the roof. the entire floor and rear wall were also given the sound deadening treatment to really make sure it is as resistant to outside noise as possible. The front speakers were upgraded to the Focal Kit 6 Utopia component 3 Ways to deliver the true replication of the source material. To power the speakers we fitted the Audison 4 channel amplifier. Paired with this was the Audison mono block to power the subwoofers. The bass in this 370z will be handled by the dual JL Audio Tw5 13 subwoofers in the custom enclosure for them. With the huge power coming from the mono amplifier these woofers were definitely not lacking performance. After the team was finished with this build the before and after difference for sound performance and cabin noise reduction was tenfold. This 370Z audio system now sounds as tough as the car looks from the outside. 13.01.2022 Check out this system that looks and sounds of luxury! Already equipped with a Meridian factory system; this Range Rover Sport was lacking that WOW factor from the factory sound system. The Life Style team did not waste a single second in preparing this Range Sport for the full upgrade treatment. We started off by sound deadening the car with our range of Dynamat for noise insulation. SUV's commonly suffer from road noise and this European beauty wasn’t an exemption. Our de...adening created the perfect condition for the speaker upgrade. The front speakers were upgraded to a 3 way Focal K2 component system, K2 speakers really give that sound definition that the car was lacking. This luxury SUV already had factory 3 way component speakers located in the rear and given the beautiful sound we had achieved at the front, we decided to match the rears with another set of Focal K2 3 way component speakers! The speakers needed some serious power to back them up and deliver that performance so we powered the system with a new Focal 4 Channel amplifier. The system was lacking that final punch, so we thought of nothing better than adding a matching Focal mono block amplifier to power a new Focal 10 Utopia subwoofer! The amplifiers are integrated to the factory source unit using Audison’s top of the range Bit One HD Virtuoso digital signal processor, which also allows us to tailor the sound to suit our customer’s listening tastes. With a luxury SUV like the Range Rover the customer requested that the car retained that factory look so our team designed a custom enclosure for the subwoofer and hid away the amps to achieve that hidden look. The noise reduction plus the quality system definitely created that amazing sound our customer was looking to achieve. It is powered by a Denon AVCX6500 AV Amplifier and the picture is courtesy of a Sony 270ES 4K projector and a Dragonfly 145 Acoustiweave screen. 01.01.2022 Having previously engaged Life Style Store to complete systems in two of their vehicles and their home, this long term customer returned to us for a system for their new GTS. Utilising Ground Zero components, we modified many panels and sections of the car including the front doors which feature dual Ground Zero Uranium 6.5 mid woofers in each door within custom moulded speakers pods wrapped in the matching grey alcantara used in the factory trim, complete with a new GTS lo...go. The four front tweeters were housed in custom made A-pillar enclosures retrimmed in the factory material to maintain the OEM feel. Uranium Series component speakers were also installed in custom made speaker pods in the rear doors and again wrapped in the same alcantara. The boot contains 3 Ground Zero amplifiers which have had their top casings removed to showcase their internal componentry. 2 x Reference Series 4 channel amplifiers & a Platinum Series mono amplifier are housed in the beautifully LED lit enclosure which was recessed into the boot floor with a removable cover panel which enabled our client to maintain a fully functional boot space. The custom ported fibreglass subwoofer enclosure features dual 12 Radioactive Series subwoofers, a laser etched perspex panel with the Ground Zero logo and an elegant satin silver painted internal finish with backlit white LED’s to match the amplifier enclosure. The boot lid features Radioactive Series speakers to provide music when parked or during car shows and is finished in black alcantara with a backlit yellow supercharged LSA perspex panel. An Audison Bit 1 Digital Signal Processor manages all of the audio components installed in the car with wonderful accuracy and allowed the vehicle to retain the factory head unit. This GTS now features an audio system to match the vehicles supercharged performance!
