11.01.2022 When you're feeling stressed and unproductive, STOP! Why? Because continuing in that state will only tip you into overwhelm. Instead, do this: Step back for a moment - ideally take yourself outside. Take a few deep breaths, focus on something you find beautiful and smile. As you breathe out, say, "I'm in flow and I have everything I need to support me right now." When you're back in flow you'll naturally be more productive.

03.01.2022 I read a great quote today: "Stop pushing against the door of happiness... it opens inwards" Happiness is a choice that we make from the inside first. The first choice you can make right now is to smile. Even if you don't feel like smiling - when you do smile you'll begin to feel better because your physiology changes your psychology by releasing 'happy' hormones from the pleasure centre of your brain. Go on... crack a big smile - you don't need a reason!
