19.01.2022 In 23 days I found myself again For about 9 months I carried extra weight, no one knew about - but I felt it under my clothes. In my head I knew that I hadn’t been this weight since I was pregnant with Neisha 8 years ago.... Now looking back, I understand WHY I wasn’t ready to let go of this. I had a miscarriage in late January this year and I guess my body, mind and soul was hanging onto this weight, as I already had the answer to unlock and release the weight I was carrying in my hand. My mindeset just wasn’t there. Until 23 days ago, I crossed the line and said enough is enough, I want to feel like myself again!! With the love and support from hubby, my daughter, family, friends and even some of my detox clients, I too achieved these results. For me, I wanted to find the Laura I was back at the start of the year. Full of energy and life.... I’m getting closer to seeing her again.
