For me personally, my relationship with my parents was strained at best I so desperately wanted to feel loved and accepted by my family that I inevitability developed low self-esteem, low self-worth, and a ‘lack’ mentality. This conditioning meant that I worked hard to become a people pleaser. I got a good job, and worked in the public service for a very long time. The problem? I saw first hand and up close how this was slowly destroying me. The work that I was doing did not align with my values. I felt like I was on auto-pilot, going day in and day out surviving but not living. I often found myself praying to my Guides and God that a solution would come into my life to change my situation.. But what else could I do? I had always believed that abundance was important but that I was always lacking. I believed that I needed to maintain a safe and secure job, as the wounded child within me was afraid of failing and disappointing myself and my family if my business didn’t work out.. Once the pain of staying in my situation became too much, I made a conscious decision to start working on myself and healing these wounds. As soon as I started healing my inner child, I was able to call in so many more opportunities that gave me the strength to bet on myself and go all in on my business. I knew that I had to have the courage and strength to continue down the road less travelled by, I had to heal my fearful, wounded inner child. Since then my life has gone from strength to strength and I've never looked back. 20.01.2022 During the depths of my despair, my lowest moments, my darkest times.. laughter is the medicine that got me through. I look back to 8-10 years ago and reminisce on the times my best friends, my sisters, my tribe and I would head out to our favourite local for a Sunday session. A day filled with laughter and total hysterics over a large margherita pizza and multiple jugs of sangria . Whilst my life has somewhat changed since then (and my alcohol tolerance haha), I oft...en reflect on these moments and have come to realise how pivotal they were for me in guiding me to my path today. Those ‘belly laughter can’t breathe’ moments, which often led to tears streaming down my face, almost wetting my pants kind of laughs, truly contributed to saving me from falling deeper into the clutches of depression. This sisterhood was a safe space for me and was truly life defining for me. And even now as life has moved on and we are all mothers with young children, we still laugh like we’re those 20 somethings on the verge of wetting our pants instead of being at a bar it’s in our living rooms with scones and tea rather than a pizza and sangria LOL. 16.01.2022 What has not trusting yourself cost you in the past? The cost of not trusting yourself is too great in this day and age.. emotional pain, physical pain, mental pain, spiritual pain, and financial pain. ... Personally, I had a hard time trusting myself because I never fully accepted myself. I could never get over my own disappointment when I let myself down and what’s worse... I allowed others to dictate my life on their terms rather than my own (cue loss of personal power) What did this look like... Letting myself remain in an abusive relationship Binge drinking regularly and passing it off as one off... Not having the confidence to follow my dreams Acting in ways that were counter to my moral values What changed? A night in despair, crying to the moon praying to god that I had enough. In those moments I realised I valued more and wanted more. I wanted to be.. genuinely loved and accepted honoured and respected free from financial stress heard and have my opinion valued supported... But the thing is.. As much as I wanted those things I had to find those things for myself.. WITHIN MYSELF... How could I allow those around me offer those things, if I didn’t give it to myself? 16.01.2022 One of my coaching clients was in a complete funk last week... on Thursday we had our regular coaching session. Most of the week she was: Feeling low and irritable ... In a state of worry and panic about her business not receiving bookings as she had not received any bookings in her business (again this was Thursday) Feeling like she was a failure and riddled with self doubt We worked on healing her Mistrust and self doubt. 14.01.2022 The first time I was shown how to access my Akashic Records my life changed Before this moment, I had never felt so intrigued about my past, my present or my life in general. The images that presented themselves, the inner knowing’s and reflections that accessing my Akashic Records provoked were both awe-inspiring and utterly empowering. Learning to access my Akashic Records enabled me to realise that I did in fact have permission to address and heal from events i...n my life that carried deep emotional charges. Once I started addressing experiences that deeply influenced my life, everything that was not serving me started to shift and quickly! 10.01.2022 ~ The Power of Journalling ~ Over the last few days, I picked up that I was having some negative thoughts and feelings about my business messaging. I picked up that my energy wasn’t the greatest and I felt really off - like inauthentic because my intention has always been heart centred by my energy wasn’t aligning to that. ... And I decided to get to the bottom of it as I realised it wasn’t serving me. My intuition was leading the way on this one. So I set out to journal. I centred myself.. called in my higher self and asked my higher self to identify the cause of my challenge. And within moments I began journaling uncovering a myriad of thoughts and beliefs about being rejected. I then had an-ha moment - I received a message from my higher self that empowered me beyond measure... The message helped me free myself from the energy of rejection. I was shown and journaled that it wasn’t the truth. 06.01.2022 As an intuitive healer, I am provided with deep knowledge about a person, their souls path and the mechanisms holding them back from elevating their life from where it is to where they want it to be. A lot of this knowledge and insights come from the Akashic Records, a sacred space connected to everyone that serves as a library of all their past lives, experiences and memories. It is in the Akashic Records that I am shown contracts a person has made that are influencing the ...outcomes and challenges they are experiences in their life today.. A few months ago I was asked to support a client who was dealing with a new romantic partner (in this life time). They were experiencing many red flags this person was emotionally manipulative, narcissistic and controlling. My client knew that they needed to separate from this person, but struggled to actually do it.. During our Energy Therapy Session, it became clear that this client had past life history with their current partner. There were promises, contracts and decisions made that formed a soul contract for them to be together again in the next life even though he had killed her in a past life?! Because of our Session I was able to support her in clearing these contracts from her Akashic Records, ultimately empowering her to end the relationship and remove this person from her life. The thing is, when you have promised someone that you will love them forever and ever and ever, you may have unintentionally created a soul contract that is stored in your Akashic Records. This often brings someone back into your life over, and over, and over again. Not just in this lifetime, but in other lifetimes too. There is no denying that it can be messy, but with the right insights and guidance from Archangel Metatron I am able to clear these contracts if it benefits you in terms of it being for your best and highest good. If you are having bursts of frustration or anger or even overwhelm and you are constantly repeating the same thing... it’s your inner child. Most recently I was upset because I felt like I wasn’t being heard... I knew deep within my inner child was trying to communicate a hurt that she had experienced. ... I got help from my coach and we worked through this... and you know what? I feel a million times better.. Recognition and awareness is one step of the process..
