24.01.2022 The mighty Mitchell Falls/Punamii-Uunpuu, North Kimberley. Simply spectacular. Another 80mm in the rain gauge the last few days. Thats 897mm on the Mitchell P...lateau since Nov 1st. Feeling incredibly lucky to be living and working in the area and able to shoot and share some footage with Wunambal Gaambera Aboriginal Corporation and DBCA. 21.01.2022 We recently went on tour in our own home town of Broome with Chris & Robyn from Salty Plum Social Small Bar Walking Tours . Fabulous evening walking around Chinatown listening to Chris tell stories from the old pearling days of Broome, along with a few of his own being a Broomie local for a long time. We also stopped along the way at a few establishments for some food & drinks (great choice of beer & wine). You won't need dinner after this tour. We highly recommend these guys for a fun social night out. So when you #wonderoutyonder to Broome, book yourselves on this tour. It's so easy, just go to their facebook page and book direct. Tropical Cyclone Blake visited him & dropped some refreshing rain. Garys Irish & slightly crazy - why not go for a kayak? 02.01.2022 Historic regional flights deal lands 50,000 tickets for WA’s north The biggest regional flights deal in Western Australian history has been launched, with 50,00...0 affordable airfares between Perth and Broome, Kununurra and Exmouth on sale now. The partnerships between the State Government, Virgin Australia and Qantas will deliver a vital economic boost to the northern WA tourism regions who were hardest hit by COVID-19. The partnership with Virgin Australia will allow travellers to fly between Perth and Broome from $199 one-way between November 2, 2020 and October 30, 2021. Virgin Australia's Kununurra deal will offer flights from $249 one-way between March 29, 2021 and September 30, 2021, when purchased 21 days in advance.
