01.01.2022 Valued Clients.. Telstra have been having sporadic and major issues with their email systems for many months now. Telstra went public about 3 and a half weeks ago. The issues are not resolved yet. I have had many conversations with clients about constant email issues, and have been seeing it every day for months now: BIGPOND / TELSTRA email address are quite disfunctional within Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird email clients on a COMPUTER. These mail clients appear to beco...me somewhat disfunctional or locked up, your messages wont be sending, it will sit there syncing for what seems like forever. There is nothing your IT guy can do you have to wait this one out SERIOUSLY.
