24.01.2022 Why is anxiety so common? I could answer this question by asking several other questions such as: Why is ‘kindness’ so common? Or Why is ‘road-rage’ so common? Or Why is ‘love’ so common? 20.01.2022 One Simple Hack to Immediately Pull Yourself Out of the Anxiety Experience! STAND UP STRAIGHT, SHOULDERS BACK, HEAD LOOKING ABOVE THE HORIZON. Breathe in to the count of 7. Hold for a count of 3 then exhale for longer than you breathed in (7+), pushing out that last bit of air until nothing remains. Repeat this 3 times and JUST NOTICE HOW YOU FEEL!!
