24.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE - The Adderton Refurbishment works has recently been completed by Project Manager - Mike Dawson, Site Manager - Bob Tedford, CA - Anelle Brink and a great team of Subcontractors and Suppliers. This was a heritage refurb of the former Convent. The refurbishment works will offer a range of exhibition spaces and activities for visitors. Professional photos to come..

23.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE - at Coolum High School we are nearing completion; - 90% of Floor Coverings are down - 90% of Joinery is in - Touch up Painting is progressing - Scaffold is being progressively dropped... - Bitumen, Line Marking and Landscaping to complete in the new carpark and we are done! 23.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE - also at Matthew Flinders Anglican College Block J Refurbishment (Year 7) the Brickwork is near complete, Soffit linings going up and Windows to be installed along with the Balustrade this week, from there the Scaffold can be dropped. 22.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE: As you can see from our latest posts Integral Construction continues to operate as usual. The majority of our staff from our Head Office in Coolum and Brisbane have now moved to working from home and with the assistance of Microsoft Teams we are still able to meet regularly. The situation surrounding this pandemic is evolving daily and we are continuing to monitor health authority and government directives in this relation. The health and safety of all Inte...gral Construction employees, clients, subcontractors and suppliers continues to be of the utmost importance. We all need to take on the responsibility of protecting ourselves personally and our Workplaces to ensure we continue to operate to as close to normal during these uncertain times.

22.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE - at Matthew Flinders Anglican College Block F (Year 5 & 6) the Blockwork is up and continuing and the Formwork and Scaffold contractors commence on site today. Our Matthew Flinders project team continue to do a great job throughout the school grounds on the multiple projects they are currently working on. Scaffold is now starting to come down, the Hospitality Air-Con is going in, Ceiling framing is going up, we are completing the External Cladding and the Joinery has commenced. 16.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE - Noosa Christian College (PART 2) has seen the Ground Slab prepd and poured over the past couple of weeks. Blockwork walls to stairs and load bearing walls has commenced and external wall and soffit framing has also begun.

14.01.2022 TODAY MARKS INTEGRAL CONSTRUCTIONS 20TH BIRTHDAY! Our first project was an Office Building on Duke St in Gympie, followed by Caloundra City Autos. Since then we have completed roughly 242 projects (if you break it down it would work out to be 1 project per month for each of the 20 years). We wish to thank all of our Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers and in particular our Staff who have stuck with us along the way, some of which who have been with us for the enitre 20 years, and quite a few more who are upwards of 16+ years of service. This is a momentous occasion which we look forward to celebrating as a group at a later date...for now though, lets eat cake!

07.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE - Coolum State High School New Learning Center has been gaining traction over the past month. 90% of our Concrete pours are complete and Structural steel works are commencing on site. 02.01.2022 NEW PROJECT - Integral has been awarded the design and construction of the QFES Rainbow Beach Fire & Rescue Station. Design phase is currently underway with works to commence on site in early September. Well done team!

01.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE - and the Main Pool is FULL at St Andrews Aquatic Centre, approximately 2575kl of water has gone in over a 5 day period. Learn to Swim Pool is next to be filled. Only a few weeks left of Pool Commissioning, Landscaping and Cafe fitout works...
