It’s an excellent oil for the first aid kit as it is known to provide a protective barrier for the skin. It is great for eczema, inflammation, rashes, burns, fungal ailments. I use this one as a deodorant and I diffuse it in the office near my computer. Protection all round!

Sunscreen regulations are weak and inadequate in terms of claims around protection and in regards to ingredients. Adding to concerns about sunscreen safety are the recent results of an FDA-led January 2020 study finding that chemical sunscreen ingredients are systemically absorbed after one application, and some ingredients can stay in the blood for at least 3 weeks. with concentrations that surpass an important FDA safety threshold. We slather these ingredients on our skin on top of the other daily toxins we are exposed to and our bodies absorb all of these chemicals.
