14.01.2022 We get asked many times "how do you meditate?" My first thought of response usually is "what do you mean how. Just breath and it will happen". The truth is when I get asked this question I quite often don't know how to answer in a 'western' way as I really don't know or crossed my mind to commercialise teaching meditation specifically. I was guided to learn meditation from eastern foundations created on breath, calmness and centred balance. Bringing a calmness and focus to ...my 'third eye'.
