24.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE - WANDOO This project is coming along very nicely and is almost complete and ready for handover We love the way it has turned out, and especially the Salmon Gum cladding on the front along with the custom made door, all secured by a Samsung Electronic Bluetooth door lock.... Fitout on the inside is done and there is now only external finishings to be complete. White granite exposed aggregate driveway has been poured and to be finished off soon. Handover is imminent and the owners could not be more excited. J-Jack Systems is the first of its kind, using a revolutionary system designed to lift a house up so that you can build another storey underneath it. What we are most interested in is the fact that it allows a house to be lifted and moved, which means it now allows for more options when subdividing...... In one example, an owner was able to lift and move a house that was smack bang in the middle of the block. 12.01.2022 We love a large feature window Todays homes are heavily focused on connections with our great outdoors, windowless walls have almost become a thing of the past. Providing more than just light and airflow, feature windows are commonly used as key design elements in many new homes, filling open rooms with natural light without sacrificing any space in the floor plan, all the while providing a fantastic view....
