25.01.2022 INJURY UPDATE Hi All, I have successfully managed to find a way to perform a Swedish Massage, broken finger and all.... I had a client come yesterday as my guinea pig as she was desperate. She walked away happy, telling me she did not expect it to be so good.....it was strong, relaxing and she did not feel my splint even once (l managed to keep that baby in the air the entire hour). While l need to eliminate some movements so as to not hurt my finger, if you're up for a massage, l'm happy to book you in. At this stage l have no idea how much longer l will be wearing a splint. Hopefully l will know more this coming Wednesday when l FINALLY get to meet an actual Doctor. See you soon, Teresa

21.01.2022 I have just spent the last few hours giving back massages to the lovely staff at The Learning Sanctuary Morningside. After spending so much time with the staff, and on the premises I can tell you that it is clear that each and every staff member I interacted with loves what they do and also the children they care for. This Centre is only into their 2nd week and heading toward their capacity at great speed.... The Centre is beautiful, the staff are gorgeous, and with Area Manager Karen Coyne at the helm, it can't help but be successful. Karen ran the OSHC when my kids, now 20 & 25 attended, so I know her passion for her job well. 18.01.2022 Hi All, I sustained an injury a couple of weeks ago which turns out to be a broken finger. This means I am currently unable to perform Swedish Massage until further notice.... At this point I am still able to perform all other treatments, however this may change due to the need for surgery to insert a pin. I shall keep you updated as I know more myself. 15.01.2022 Finally got around to playing with my new makeup range myself....have been busily helping others. LOVE it! The foundation spreads well and barely feels like you're wearing any. The lipsticks are moist and creamy & pencils and mascara apply well....Very happy indeed

09.01.2022 Have shared this before, however I had this very conversation with a client yesterday, which prompted me to share again Ladies.....serious question... DO YOU MASSAGE YOUR BOOBS?... Did you know that a lot of bumps & lumps in your breasts are congested lymph? Simply taking off your bra is not enough to release it. Give those puppies the workout they need. They will most likely be quite tender when you start, however as the lymph starts to free up the pain will ease off and the lumpiness will subside. 1. Massage your boobs regularly for about 5 mins. 2. Switch from anti-perspirant to a deodorant. Anti-perspirants will clog the lymph nodes under your arm and can potentially cause breast cancer. 3. Have thermal imaging on your breasts.....not mammograms. Thermal imaging is safer & can detect lumps while they are still tiny....unlike a mammogram Massaging the Mammaries .....should be a new movement
