24.01.2022 Unfortunately Doco-fest and the rest of the Cini-bin program has been put on hold. We will be back, and really do feel for all the staff at Currumbin RSL who have been amazing and professional to work with. Make sure you support them anyway possible moving forward. 21.01.2022 At this stage, our discussion with Bruce Beresford will still be going ahead tomorrow at 2pm QLD Time. will send a zoom link out early tomorrow morning for anyone who wants to join, come listen to one of Australia's greatest filmmakers with films like 'Ladies in Black', Mao's Last Dance, and the Academy Award-Winning 'Driving Miss Daisy' This program is part of V-Fest supported by Screen Queensland Bruce has informed me he is in the midst of completing his next project and the time or date may change by tomorrow morning. please stay posted!

21.01.2022 We have an amazing batch of short for the whole family this weekend. Rain, hail, shine we are on at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary gates open 530pm for a 630 start. This Saturday night. Movies for everyone in the family!

19.01.2022 We are ON LIKE DONKEY KONG! Our festival is coming up in November and it is going to be a stellar outing. Due to COVID restrictions, we will be limiting numbers, as a result, you can get in early by signing up to our New FANDANGO Newsletter that will go out fortnightly. Blandville A documentary based on an apartment block of the title name, the people that inhabit it are nowhere near Bland 5. Neighborhood is Overrun with Baboons An award-winning animation music video. 6. Welcome to Iron Knob the 2014 Australian nomination for the Academy Awards 7. Spider The film that launched Nash Edgerton Bluetongue films 8. The Last Supper Comedian and actor Angus Sampson’s first step into directing with this short. 9. The Funk Is an amazing experimental short film created by the late Chris Jones who went on to make the feature Death and Life of Otto Bloom 10. Beast A story about love and its taboos 11.
