25.01.2022 Today a year ago... I was in day 8 of a 14 day self isolation after returning from a conference in Bali with over 80 hair & beauty owners. 24h prior we were told we had to go into stage 2 of COVID shutdown. I felt helpless, stressed, unsure, sad and grateful. My team lead by the incredible Anni, following instruction from home did their best to serve our community.... The reality is we lost some guests and even staff along the way because of the uncertainty of if and when we would reopen. The stress of being a small business owner, navigating to save my business with no information on government initiatives was so stressful. Thank you to all our amazing guests, the team members who trusted and stood by me believing I was only doing my best with what I knew and had. Thank you Nic

23.01.2022 These 2 beauties received big, shiny 5yr service awards and gold earrings over the weekend at our Christmas high tea. Melissa Davis joined intherapy late 2014, a few months after Nic purchased the salon and came onboard as team leader. She since has had 2 beautiful children Archer & Kenzie and works Mondays & Tuesdays. Anni Kokka joined the squad in early 2015 after moving to Brisbane from Perth.
