23.01.2022 Our world has changed. I wish you and your's good health. From next week 30th March, you will be able to join your YOGA class live from your home on the same day at the same time on-line. I hope this will have the same energy as your class does now. The finer details will come to you.... You can be viewed on your phone or TV or Laptop. Whatever works for you. The Plan You will receive an SMS notice of your class just as we have been doing. If you don't get an SMS then call me. Or if you have been absent and wish to join us, call me. You will be sent via SMS or some other means. Details of a code that will enable you to log into Zoom. I will teach you how to do this when I know. And most likely you will not need my help. It is that simple. So bear with yourself and us as we learn. All you have to do is create a safe, clear & sacred space in your home. No pets, children, partners unless they also want to participate. Keep a wrap handy for meditation. If you don' have a yoga mat let me know. If you want to attend in person at IntoFreedom YOGA you can. With social distancing recommendations, there is room for three. You can choose who attends via a class group on Messenger. Which we will set up. The Plan What I plan is to create a group for each class on Messenger. You can talk amongst yourselves as to who wants to attend. The class will be a continuum, the same as we have been doing. The purpose of Discerning the Whisper of the Heart and the alignment of Body Mind and Soul. Nothing has changed except the Fee. The challenge will be to create your own space. I am sure that I can hold the space for you to enjoy. TERM DATES (Note there are no beaks for Easter and Anzac Day) MONDAY: MARCH 30th, APRIL 6th, 13th (Easter Monday) 20th, 27th (Anzac Day) MAY 4th & 11th.
