24.01.2022 Incorporating movement into music therapy sessions is one of my most favourite things to do This circuit has us stepping, twisting, jumping, stopping, starting, crawling, crouching as well as playing instruments fast, slow, loud and soft. Accompanied by some motivational music of course I find it seems to support some clients with regards to focusing, following instructions, problem solving as well as engaging with the activity in the present moment.
