15.01.2022 The big buzz at the moment is women's power..... Digging into the depths of yourself and finding you..... The truth is it's about each individual person. Not about gender or race or culture........ We have both male and female energies inside ourselves, as we have light and darkness..Its to balance all this to be whole. My kids are full grown men. Open and sensitive but also at the same time trying to be the men. Old culture that needs to be lifted. Men also are feeling lost and not connecting to their power. We are dictated and ruled by men, men in power who keep trying to taking away our power. Now more than ever, we need to each dig deep and reconnect with our own power and guidance. Listening, really listening to your true inner self. Not ego. Not society. You. Your gut. Taking time to connect with your soul, your learnings and shedding the old to step into the lighter you. Its not the new you it's the you that has been held back with the lifes bs. Or more to the point, clouded, distracted. Open

14.01.2022 Wow what a weeks it's been. This full moon has been huge for me. Very tired and heavy with brain fog and generally feeling unwell. I did an alignment on myself yesterday and last night I had a dream. In the dream I'd caught a virus that was horrific to catch and a bad death. Well, we were given a tablet to take if we wanted to die, instead of the slow death, if we caught the virus. ... I took the tablet,and it's suppose to take up to 12 days to work, to die. 4 days to go, I woke up. I feel great and light and a higher vibrational frequency.

13.01.2022 FEAR is projected everywhere at the moment. On the news. Via our phones. Everyone is talking about it and it's sending those vibrations out into the world and... universe. Don't panic. Come back to yourself.. centre yourself. Chose a calm place with no electronic devices. Just be. Just absorb the sights the sounds. Start to feel that creeping into your body. You have everything inside of yourself. All the love, support, strength, nurturing that you'll ever need. You don't need to find that outside of yourself. Come back and really listen to you. To your gut. Love yourself. Know you're ok You are enough And if you can't quite hear or see what your soul is telling you, I can show you.
