24.01.2022 So October is mental health awareness month and there has been lot of people highlighting issues on social media. I have noticed a trend of people dealing with past psychological stresses and accessing help is not always straight forward. Psychologists and psychiatrists are over stretched and don't always have the time to really look at a situation fully. If you see friends or family members struggling with issues take the time to sit with them and work together to get positive steps to get real help. Create a network and don't give up.

07.01.2022 The dragonfly, in almost every part of the world symbolizes change and change in the perspective of self realization; and the kind of change that has its source in mental and emotional maturity and the understanding of the deeper meaning of life. To Asian cultures, this transformation also has a similar deeper meaning. To them, it represents embracing change and seeing it as positive and freeing. It represents strength, joy and bravery. The dragonfly is a creature of both the water and the air. The air signifies freedom.

06.01.2022 I was given this card some months ago. Moving house was a leap of faith,but trusting in myself is another. I am taking a huge leap of faith tomorrow and will keep you posted about the next step in my journey as a holistic therapist.
