25.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Dad finally got the official in writing piece of paper he was waiting for confirming the new system for Paintball in NSW. So officially age has been dropped to 12 years and above with parental sign off's etc and getting a paintball marker is now all done through the Fair Trading website. ... I'm about to go and have a chat with them myself and get my personal marker transferred to my name and may even put in an application to acquire a new one. Should be fun. Wish me luck. 24.01.2022 I am trying not to get my hopes up as this has been going on now for many years but it's looking hopeful. People like Michael Whybrew from Paintballshop.com and many others have been tirelessly working in the background making Paintball here in Australia what it is today. I mentioned Michael as we deal with these guys personally and we have nothing but positive things to say about the guys and gals working there and about what they sell. I have complained bitterly about not b...eing able to buy specific paintball guns due to the NSW gun laws pointing out that I can buy a real 308 gun that looks almost the same but I can't buy the one I want because of the laws and if I moved to Queensland I can get it without a drama. If these reforms go ahead (which it certainly looks like they will) a whole new world of paintball will open up to the community. NSW will become the place people go to play this sport as the laws are much more workable and player friendly. That's great for our state and paintball as a whole. Thanks for your time reading and thanks to the people helping to get these laws reformed. Keith

23.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Nope this isn't a #Covid19 update. This is an update as to why I (Keith) have been so slack with contacting people on FB/Email... For New Years Eve I got a present that I wasn't expecting. My 11 year old step daughter got medulloblastoma or in layman's terms brain cancer. For the geeks https://www.nature.com/articles/nature22973 it's not final yet but it is most likely WNT which is the best prognosis at 95% with the others being much lower (as low as 60%)... She... had surgery on the 31st to remove it and got most of it (core was golf ball size with spider like tendrils that spread about the size of a mandarin) but Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy are required as it sat on top of her brain stem pressing against her cerebellum. As of today we have been to 12 rounds of Radiotherapy 18 to go and 2 rounds of Chemotherapy 4 more to go. 6 weeks of hell in total then 6 weeks off and then Chemotherapy for 6 or maybe 9 months don't know exactly yet. Yes we are going though hair loss but she is such a little trooper and doesn't mind losing it... But still #cancersucks Yes Inverell Paintball is still open. Yes we are still running games. Yes Keith is still coming up for big games cause he needs to be normal occasionally and watching you crazy buggers shoot each other is so much fun. It is nice to pretend for a weekend that nothing is wrong in the world and just enjoy myself with people who are crazy as me. So please forgive me if I'm not as fast as usual. 23.01.2022 I haven't seen water in this dam in so long... Was starting to wonder if it would actually hold water still. I was hoping for someone to face plant in the dam on this run but they all kept their footing. Loving the rain. Everything has greened up. Lot of dead trees left still but that was expected. The joys of the Australian Bush...

21.01.2022 If the laws change soon this would be awesome... Kids can play and not be hurt... This is parents playing against their kids without wearing overalls. Paintball Nation is an awesome resource for Paintball players.

18.01.2022 It was his birthday, he has lots of friends and he nominated himself to do this... Video is very short as the paint was flying everywhere and continued after the fact as both teams attacked each other. Just had to share this one as it was kinda crazy and 5 seconds of madness. Keith

18.01.2022 Warning video may contain strong language. This was the last minute of a force back match on the Barrier Field... The guys had a blast. They kept getting trapped as they pushed up or finding someone hiding on the other side as they run past. Was bedlam and rather funny.

17.01.2022 Had a couple of guys and gals come out for an 18th birthday game. This particular video looks very innocent but watch closely and you will see why the guy in the first few frames ended up laughing so hard he didn't feel the shots he was getting hit with at the end. I don't share very often but for me this was freaking hilarious. When I get a chance I may have to do a Boomerang of it. LOL. Keith

17.01.2022 Hi Everyone, The Tingha fires have been a big blow to the entire community. A few people have reached out to find out how the fields fared in the fires. Thankfully the majority of the land there was saved. If you wanted to have a chat about what happened with it all I'm certain my Dad could tell you much more than I could. Looks like dad got busy recently and has made the seat he always said he was going to do. Plus a nice big sign for photos and such. Looked so good I just h...ad to share it. 15.01.2022 Cow in the Dam ... Cow was found painted and rather wet. Had a small group for a bucks party. Most of these guys have been out a few times over the years. Was good to have them back. 12.01.2022 It's coming up to the day some jolly fat man in a red suit tries to break into your house again. Been a bit quiet lately with family so hope you are all doing well. Had a few queries about booking for a work get together but they only have a small number of employees. Just wanted to remind you guys and gals that other businesses might have the same idea and getting together with people is so much more fun. The bigger groups are not so personal. Please make sure you book first though as your date might already be taken by larger groups. Our minimum group size is 6. And if you think say 20 people are coming it's very rare that all 20 turn up. (some people always chicken out) either way I look forward to seeing you all again on the fields. Cheers Keith

10.01.2022 Had my Planet Eclipse Gtek 160r and my HDE pants at a game. The guys wanted to 1 vs 1 me... Some how that become 5 vs 1... LOL ... Thanks guys and gals it was a great day. Next time I'll bring all my gear so we can play a bigger match.

09.01.2022 Covid and Inverell Paintball... Yeah this is not fun. And I've noticed many enquiries as to us being open, I guess you can call us open? Weekends as always. But we are following the lines the city fields have drawn. We supply a mask and gun but NOT overalls. So wear appropriate clothes that you don't mind getting covered in paint (comes off pretty darn well in a hot wash but it still might stain light colours so don't use stuff you like). Personally I'd recommend going and ge...tting some cheap onesies in really bright colours. If 20 of you turn up in that sort of gear (has to be 20 and all dressed up) we will throw a box of paint your way. :) Yes ironically we have social distancing. Not like you are gonna stand close to someone pointing a paintball marker at you but that is what we have to do. If you are all from the one house you can stand side by side as this is still considered exercise and you can exercise with your housemates/family but if you aren't then you need to socially distance. That's hard to police as well with people whose faces we can't see and all that stuff. We only have groups of family/mates anyway so its even weirder trying to work out who you have to distance yourself from. But I digress. We have limited the number of fields we use to allow for easier social distancing. We are also limited to 10 a side or 20 players total currently but that could change up or down depending on government (I dunno how many we can have now... Clubs could have 50... Now as of July 20 we might be getting more locked down again so maybe that means we close again... Let's just say "maybe we are open" and also say "maybe we can take your group of unknown size" ... LOL I'm glad this place isn't a mega serious business and is just a hobby to keep my dad out of trouble) And we still can't get contactless payment out here cause "the middle of nowhere" still has not got good service. So yeah we are open but just a little different than normal. :D Any questions give the young'uns at home a call or drop me a message here and I'll say hi. :) Cheers, Keith

05.01.2022 The guys and gals that worked with these guys out at Bindaree Beef nominated them for a run... They waited 30 seconds not shooting anyone else. Here is one of the runners.
