22.01.2022 Hi everyone. It's been a very busy 2020 and I can't thank you all enough for the support you have all given me throught the year. It has come time for me to need a break however so from Monday the 14th to Friday the 18th I won't be opening the doors.... 15.01.2022 Hi everyone. Last week I decided to have a holiday break. Half way through the week we had an emergency visit to hospital for our young one, as her appendix had burst. She will be in hospital for a few days which I cannot leave her side and open up shop. ... I had planned on opening up this coming week but she's very unwell still and I can't know the exact day I'll be able to open. I understand this will be quite an inconvenience for those with broken devices, which they will be unable to contact family over Christmas. To those I wish I could help you but I also appreciate your understanding. It shouldn't be too long before I am available to you all again and I will let you all know the moment I know when I can open up shop. If not before Christmas, I wish you all a very merry Christmas and hope to be in your services again as soon as possible. Lee.

06.01.2022 At 11.15am today (24/12/2020) someone arrived at my house and parked in the driveway where it is very visible to see my closed sign on the door. I was not home as I was attending medical needs, but my wife was home. The person decided to disregard the closed sign and began trying to get someone's attention by tooting their car horn. My wife Krissy answered our door to someone who was rudely demanding their phone which I have repaired several weeks ago, and I had told them I w...ould be open this Monday. As my previous post describes, this was not possible for me to achieve. Krissy told them that I am not open over Christmas to which she got abused over as they "just wanted their phone back for Christmas" I cant apologize enough for such an inconvenience, however my family MUST come first, and just because I work from home does not mean I don't take breaks, and have specific open hours just like any other business. I will not tolerate this kind of nonsense, especially towards my wife. 99.99999% of you guys are awesome to deal with but I felt the need to get this out there. Thank you everyone else for your patience and understanding. And may you all have a super Merry Christmas! Lee
