05.01.2022 What a week! New people, new places, exciting things! It has been a busy week for the iPRO Solutions team worldwide. At our headquarters in Australia, the team has been going back to school with several innovative training days. On Monday, Alex Kaye was at our main office in Brisbane presenting the Pardot system, the ultimate B2B marketing automation app from Salesforce. Alex and the iPRO Solutions team spent the day breaking down the app and learning how to utilize the so...ftware to optimize iPRO Solutions marketing operations. On Wednesday, Construction Skills Training Centre spent the day providing some insightful skill training to our operations and support team. On Thursday, iPRO Solutions had a great training day with its newest partner, ipSCAPE. Taking our support and operations team through their scalable customer service models, ipSCAPE left our Brisbane office staff with fantastic new ideas, a bursting motivation and great excitement for the coming future. In our U.S. office, the weekend has been on everyone’s mind as the nation prepares to celebrate the 4th of July. 04.01.2022 Tuesday is here and we thought we would take this beautiful day to introduce another wonderful member of our team. Introducing Natasha Brtka, Tash as she is affectionately known, from our Brisbane headquarters. Tash has been one busy-bee since the age of 17, when she first joined the Australian army. Tash was signed up originally as a Communications System Operator but also has expertise in equipment maintenance, and support in defense messaging. iPRO Solution's is now luck...y enough to have Tash as one of our Customer Support Representatives and our Brisbane team is very happy to have such a warm personality around. When Tash isn't in the office, she is a devoted student; studying towards her Diploma of Legal Services through the College of Law, Education and Training. Apparently Tash doesn't get time to scratch herself because when she isn't busy working or studying, she is out and about with her beautiful Arabian gelding, either taking a gallop through the hinterland or popping over a few jumps. Joanne Birnbrauer is the Executive Director of iPRO Solutions’ EMEA region, and is ba...sed in our UK office. Joanne brings with her well over a decade of experience and education and iPRO Solutions feels extremely privileged to have her managing our EMEA operations. Having studied her Business degree with a double major of Accounting and Finance, Joanne has previously had great success in both industries. Having built numerous accounting and finance practices in Australia, Joanne has also continued to study her Bachelor of Science majoring in both Maths and Physics. And yes, somehow she still manages to fit sleep somewhere in there! It doesn’t finish there, Joanne also has numerous years of professional dance education, including classical ballet that has taken her around the world performing on international stages. Joanne also is a passionate animal lover and a talented equestrian. One of her greatest joys is taking in ex-racehorses for retraining. And when Joanne does have a free moment, she enjoys hiking, running, and also tries to find time to travel somewhere in there.
