22.01.2022 With a crazy early start today I could do with this chocolate POWER smoothie this morning! Simply blend all ingredients with unsweetened vanilla almond milk or water, and loads of ice, until smooth. Serves 2 1 tbsp raw cacao will work in place of complete powder. Add an extra banana to sweeten it. goji berries or a handful of frozen raspberries is a yummy addition and adds loads more skin loving antioxidants! ... 1 tbsp coconut oil for extra healthy fats hemp seeds in place of chia shot of coffee for an extra powder hit! garnish with cacao nibs and toasted coconut great for kids too! 18.01.2022 Thinking these would be nice with Happy Hour tonight Clean Thai Fish Cakes Method: Throw everything into a processor and pulse until minced and mixed evenly. With wet hands form into patties. Gently pan fry in a little coconut or olive oil until golden each side. We love to serve these in lettuce cups and our JBT instant chilli sauce from our transformation recipes.

17.01.2022 Does planning, planning, planning sound like blah, blah blah!!!! Im not sorry to say that planning is critical to your success!!!! I am not asking you to meal plan for a week, lets just start with a few days....So where do I start. Step 1 - Schedule Look at your schedule, dont work smart work hard. If Sunday is normally a day at home and Monday afternoon is crazy with after school activities then throw a meal in the slow cooker on Sunday so it is ready to heat up for dinne...r day when you get home. Dont forget to take the meat out of the freezer the night before! If you stop and breathe for a minute and look at your schedule you can workout some shot cuts. My week looks like this.... Sunday I cook dinner for that night and I have something simmering away in the slow cooker Monday What was in the slow cooker is dinner! Tuesday Im home so dinner is something simple and freshly cooked Wednesday Platter Dinner, well thats what my youngest calls it!!! Left overs on the kitchen bench, help yourself and heat it up!!! Thursday For the kids its something quick and easy like a pasta bake or spag and meatballs that they can eat after rugby training or athletics on Friday night. Friday See Thursday!!! Saturday Its BBQ time and thats where my week of food starts! Let me explain.... My darling husband is a master on the bbq, throw him some snags and meat for the family for dinner that night and he can also manage extras for me to have in the fridge for the week. On the bbq will be... - Herb marinated chicken pieces - Medley of vegies with some dry herbs So in the fridge for me for the first half of the week or so will be... - Bbq chicken - My herb vegies - Pre cooked quinoa (seriously just boil and stick in the fridge) - Spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes and dry coleslaw Whether its lunch or dinner, a quick and easy meal is readily available if you are organised!!! Step 2 Shopping time Ok so you have planned meals for the next few days then you need to make sure you hit the shops with a list. You are an easy target for the supermarket giants, dont fall into their traps, shop from your list and dont be tempted by their so called deals!!! It may be a so called bargain but................! Step 3 Stay true It does require effort and perseverance, its not about staying on track for 3 days its about creating a lifestyle plan. Sit down over a cuppa and plan your meals for a few days or if you can a week, check the fridge and cupboard and write a list and go from there. Leftovers wont kill the kids and if you have healthy options in the fridge you are less likely to stray! 11.01.2022 Thank you for Emily for sharing....I am sure so many people will relate to your story about anxiety and depression x just a short testimonial but i wanted to share it with you Before JP i suffered with bad depression and anxiety. I am not asking you to meal plan for a week, let’s just start with a few days....So where do I start. Step 1 - Schedule Look at your schedule, don’t work smart work hard.
