22.01.2022 Well folks, after some hard times and decision making over this period WE ARE BACK!!! We re open this Monday 15th from 11am-7pm (mon-fri for week one). We will be in touch with each of you to re-start memberships, but from next week EVERYONE is welcome back, so grab your gear and come in and say hi! We are sanitised top to bottom and way within capacity limits for safety guidelines So rest assure Iron Grip might just be the safest place to train in North Sydney at the moment! Looking forward to seeing you guys next week

21.01.2022 Hi folks I thought I would come on and re-assure everyone that we are still open and operating as usual. When I say as usual though we have put in place a lot of measures for everyones safety. In terms of space we are 400 square metres here at Iron Grip which means that with 10 people have 40 square metres per person . We also have bottles of disinfectant lined up on the counter, everyone takes one and wipes everything they touch. We have hand sanitiser available for people... as they come and go and plenty of soap in our changing rooms. We are making sure everyone is doing there bit we hope you guys are all safe and well and not allowing the fear and anxiety that is spreading affect you too much! Also guys keep an eye out as I will start posting workouts that you can do at home or at a park if you are working from home at the moment! 21.01.2022 As Im sure many of you are already aware gyms have been ordered to close by midday today. We will be open until then and keep everyone updated as we learn more. I will be putting some workouts and general fitness information up on here and the website to give you guys some ideas and workouts that will keep you fit until the world returns to normal. We are also telling all members to use a towel and to wipe down everything they touch. 05.01.2022 We havent posted here for a while and as some of you might have already heard, we are sadly stepping away and closing Iron Grip down permanently. In this current climate with only a tiny percentage of our membership base remaining in North Sydney the effort and resources it would take to coninue to cover the overhead costs of running a business are too great and Jim has decided it was time to step away gracefully. We had hope to pass the the gym on to some excited new owners... but attempts to do so fell through last minute which forced us to promptly close. To all of you wonderful people that trained with us with whom we had the pleasure of sharing such great chats, stories, laughs, training sessions and the fondest of memories Jim and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts! It was never a chore to come to work with all of you and we will miss you all. I have shared some photos from over the years below but there arent enough photos to truly show how we feel about you all. We wish you all the best in your future fitness and in your individual lives and we hope to cross paths again in the future with all of you at some point.... except you Dan you just stay where you are mate Andrew and Jim.
